1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by TermFund Nigeria Limited ("TermFund", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website and school fee financing solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TermFund provides a financing solution that allows parents and guardians to pay school fees in monthly installments. We disburse approved funds directly to the specified educational institution and collect repayments from the applicant over an agreed period of 3 to 6 months, subject to a flat service fee.
3. Eligibility and Application
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in Nigeria, and possess a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN). Applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
4. Repayment and Defaults
By accepting a financing plan, you agree to make timely monthly repayments as scheduled. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in late fees, suspension of further financing, and reporting to relevant credit bureaus in Nigeria.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or directly to active users. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
